1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on shalora.store (the "Site") and govern the contractual relationship between you (the "Customer") and Korvin Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "Shalora"). By placing an order through our Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Contract Conclusion
By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. A contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Products, Prices, and Availability
All product descriptions, images, and prices on our Site are subject to change at any time. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery destination. We make every effort to ensure product availability but cannot guarantee stock at all times. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.
4. Payment
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. Transactions are processed securely by our payment service providers. We do not store full credit card information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
United States: Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on location.
United Kingdom: Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on location. Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by HM Revenue & Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
International: Standard delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the package is delivered by the carrier.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Sizing & Fit
Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection by the Customer. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact our support team for guidance.
8. Warranty & Liability
We warrant that our products conform to the agreed specifications and are free from material defects at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages caused by improper use of the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law (e.g., fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
For UK Customers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our Site. For UK Customers, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For US Customers: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
For UK Customers: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
